Accessibility

We have not been audited, so we are not going to claim a conformance level. Here is what has actually been tested, what has not, and how to tell us when it fails you.

01Where we stand

No formal conformance target has been set for this site. Saying “WCAG 2.2 AA compliant” without an audit behind it is a claim, and we would rather give you a list you can check than a badge you cannot.

What follows is accurate for this website. It says nothing about the Travel Buddy app, which is still being built.

02What we have checked

Text contrast
Every text and background pair in the brand palette is computed rather than eyeballed. All body text clears 4.5:1 and all meaningful graphics clear 3:1. One value was corrected because it measured 4.43:1 against this page's background.
Keyboard
Every control is reachable and has a name. The first thing the Tab key reaches is a skip link to the main content, and focus is always visible.
Structure
One first-level heading per page, no skipped heading levels, and landmarks for the header, main content and footer.
Motion
The route line and the day-shift demonstration respect a reduced-motion preference: the animation does not play on its own, and transitions collapse to nothing.
Images
Every photograph carries a description of what is in the frame, not a filename.
Narrow screens
No page scrolls sideways at 320 pixels wide, and text reflows rather than shrinking.

03What we have not

The honest other half:

  • A formal WCAG 2.2 audit. We have not commissioned one and do not claim a conformance level.
  • Testing with real assistive technology — NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver — by people who use it daily. This is the biggest gap on this page.
  • Text scaled beyond 200%, and Windows high-contrast mode.
  • The mobile app, which does not exist yet. When it does, it gets its own statement.

04Tell us when it fails

If something here is unusable for you, that is a bug and we want it the same way we want any other bug. Write to pockettravelapp.support@gmail.com and tell us the page, what you were using, and what happened. We reply within 2 business days.

If you need something on this site in another form while we fix it, ask and we will send it to you directly. You can also start at Support.
